We’ve been soaking up every bit of summer over here, mostly with sandy toes and salty air. It’s been much cooler at the beach than at home (thankfully!), so we’ve taken full advantage of the escape. There’s just something about the ocean breeze that slows everything down in the best way.
This past week was filled with good conversations, laughter with friends, and a classic crab feast — the kind where you lose track of time and forget your phone’s even there. It reminded me how important it is to pause and be fully present, even in the small moments, especially in the small moments.
As we head into August, I’m leaning into that same energy — less rushing, more savoring. Whether you’re at the shore, in the city, or just in your own backyard, I hope you’re finding time to do the same.
Confidence Tip of the Week
Sometimes confidence isn’t loud — it’s quiet and steady.
It’s in choosing rest when the world glorifies hustle. It’s showing up without makeup because you feel good in your skin. It’s saying, “This is enough.” Give yourself permission to redefine what confident looks like for you.
