Last week was full in the best way—time with family, celebrating, catching up, and simply enjoying being together. We gathered for my nephew’s 21st birthday, which feels like such a milestone, and I also got to spend time with my sister and her husband. Later in the week, we saw my husband’s sister and her husband, so it truly felt like one big circle of connection.
As we begin a new week, I’m carrying that sense of gratitude with me. Sometimes the best reminder to slow down and be present comes not from a big event, but from simply sitting across the table from people you love.
This Week’s Confidence Tip
Confidence grows when we stop waiting for the “perfect” time. Whether it’s reaching out to a friend, starting that project, or saying yes to an invitation—don’t overthink it. Do the thing, even if it’s imperfect. Confidence comes from action, not from waiting.
