I took a festive trip to Washington, DC, this weekend to soak up all the holiday magic. The city was alive with seasonal cheer as I visited Christmas pop-ups at a few local restaurants, each decked out with twinkling lights and creative decor that brought the holiday spirit to life. Strolling through the city and taking in the sights—the National Tree, holiday markets, and glowing streets—was like stepping into a snow globe of holiday wonder (without the snow).
Spending time together during the holidays feels especially meaningful this year. Whether gathering around the table, exploring festive displays, or simply sharing a laugh over hot cocoa, these moments remind me of what truly matters. There is something so fulfilling about slowing down, being present, and connecting with the people we care about most. I hope this season allows you to create those meaningful memories with your loved ones.
