Hello there, lovelies! Just a friendly reminder that today is the last day of July! Can you believe it? It has been a fantastic month, filled with visits from friends, beach trips, and trying out some delicious local restaurants. August is shaping up to be just as busy with my daughter coming home for a few days (yay!), a couple of work-related events (for back-to-school preparations), and my husband beginning his football coaching duties in mid-August.

August is a month that stirs up mixed feelings for me. It marks the beginning of the end of summer as more work days get added to the calendar, bringing a sense of structure. However, it’s also bittersweet as the easy-going summer days are wrapping up. It also means that it’s time for back-to-school shopping, meal planning, and less time for leisurely reading.

Enjoy this round of favorites and the 1st week of August!
